The Strand Road Furniture Showroom opened in early 2024 in a charming converted shed, affectionately known as the ‘Piggery,’ just a mile from the historic Ballymaloe House Hotel. Once a carpentry workshop, this rustic space has been thoughtfully refreshed while retaining its original character, creating a warm and inspiring setting for our curated furniture collection. Visitors can explore pieces from renowned brands like Fermob, with its vibrant outdoor designs; Barlow Tyrie’s timeless teak furniture; Vincent Sheppard’s signature Lloyd Loom pieces; Sika-Design’s handcrafted rattan and wicker; and Raw Materials’ industrial, sustainable creations. The showroom allows guests to see, touch, and compare various colours, materials, and finishes available for custom ordering.
