RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Strand Road Furniture Limited. We know sometimes it's possible to change your mind or in the rare event that your furniture or product has a problem or defect you may need to return the items to us for refund, exchange or repair.

Refunds: after receiving your return, in the case of a refund to your credit card, please allow a minimum of 5 working days for the funds to reach your account, this process can sometimes take as long as 10 working days to be visible on your statement depending on the card company.
Sale items - if you buy something from us in a sale and simply change your mind, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. In the case of this item being faulty, not as advertised or not fit for purpose, then your consumer rights are the same as any other purchase and you are welcome to contact us to discuss a return, refund or repair.
